This finca is a 300 year old and authentic finca which has been restored with Moorish accents. The stone walls and the original wooden sabina ceilings . The interior is an eclectic mix of oriental furniture with modern design.

All bedrooms and bathrooms have been completely remodeled to the highest standards and all  have airconditioning . Most of the bedrooms are situated around a courtyard patio  and a fountain in the middle. The living room has doors that lead onto a roofed outdoor living with comfortable sofas.

At the pool area you will find shaded spots, created by olive and palm trees and various sun terraces.

The pool house/dining area has a fully equipped  kitchen (sink, fridge, cooktop, dishwasher) and stone table for 12 persons, ideal for long dinner nights at home.

This authentic Finca of 400 m2 is  5 min from downtown San Juan, with a very private setting. Set high against a mountain with splendid sea views and of surrounding hills. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters.

Outdoor kitchen with barbecue and large roofed pool house. cold water plunge pool with roofed lounge terrace. There is also a huge garden with many hide-away spots. A perfect getaway for multiple families close to the nicest beaches on the island and best evening restaurants.

Check-in after 16:00 is personally handled by an Eternal Estates agent to ensure a smooth arrival. Check-out before 10:00.

Includes

The weekly rental covers accommodation and access to all outdoor areas and terraces. For stays of more than one week, a complimentary mid-stay change of linens and towels can be arranged.

Not Included

Cleaning is not included. It can be arranged with our house manager at:

• €21 per hour on weekdays

• €27.30 per hour on weekends
  (minimum 4 hours per visit; rates excl. VAT)

Important Notes

A safety deposit of €3,000 is required.
The property is strictly non-smoking both indoors and outdoors.
Minimum stay requirements apply:

• Minimum 1 week in July & August

• Minimum 4 nights during the rest of the year
