Included

1. Accommodation for up to 10 people.
2. Daily cleaning service (4 hours duration, except for Sunday) for the upkeep of rooms, kitchen, and living room.
3. Towel change halfway through the week.
4. Access to all indoor areas.
5. Access to all outdoor areas.
6. Use of the kitchen and available appliances.
7. Security, cleaning, and maintenance staff (separate accommodation with independent entrance).
8. Wi-Fi (assuming standard internet access is included as per property norms).
9. Google speakers in the rooms for audio needs.

Not Included

1. Additional guests: A supplement of 50€ per additional guest (up to a maximum of 16 people).
2. Late check-out:
   • Until 14:00 for 600€
   • Until 20:00 for 1,200€
     (Subject to availability and advance request)
3. Housekeeping services: Laundry, ironing, etc., at 25€/hour.
4. Additional towel change: 15€/person.
5. Additional linen change: 25€/bed.
6. Event Fee: 30% increment on the weekly rate for events.
7. Security deposit for events: An additional 4,000€ security deposit when events are held.
8. Cleaning services after events: At the client’s expense.
9. Event personnel: Client is responsible for covering the cost of event personnel.
10. Event security services: Client is responsible for covering the cost of event security.
11. Sound systems: Clients must provide additional sound systems (if needed).
12. Event decoration: Client must return the spaces to their original decor after the event (except for small items like pictures).
13. Parking: Parking for up to 5/6 cars. Additional parking must be arranged via a transfer service.
14. Event capacity: Events like cocktail parties and sit-down meals may incur extra arrangements or costs, such as seating and personnel.

Deposit:

• Security Deposit: A 3,000€ deposit is required, which will be returned 48 hours after departure, provided no damage occurs.
